Description: Wagashi is a type of Japanese sweets made out of mashed sweet rice (mochi). This dollhouse miniature is 1 and 1/2 daifuku mochi on a serving dish with a decorative green leaf and a little wooden serving stick. This is my favorite type of mochi and sweets like this are sometimes served during tea ceremony. The dish is 3/4 inch in diameter.
