Description: Jane's Addiction Ritual de lo Habtual, released on August 21, 1990, by Warner Brothers. Co-produced by Dave Jerden, it was the band's final studio album before their initial break-up in 1991. Singles from Ritual de lo Habitual include "Been Caught Stealing" and "Stop!". Ritual de lo habitual is certified 2× Platinum in the U.S.In 1990, just one month after being released, the album had sold 500,000 units. This band laid the groundwork for the music scene in the 90's and their influences can still be felt and seen in today's music scene. This shirt is a celebration of festival music and the culmination of cool. This is one of my rarest shirts and it has been cared for well. I don't even store this on a hanger for fear of stretching out the collar. Time traveled over 30 years and lost it's tag in the Kessel Run but still in excellent shape. Other shirts currently listed have holes and stains but not this one! Same tee seen on Jerry Lorenzo and sometimes refereed to as, 'The Fear of God'. Measurements are approximately 22 inches from arm pit to arm pit. 29 inches from top of the collar to bottom of the tee and a 22 inch chest. Aside from the missing tag this shirt has no flaws, rips or pin holes. All vintage items are aged and I make every effort to show any issues. Front and back graphic are perfect, perhaps small imperfection on the front image's purple robe but check out my pictures and you can decide if this is the best of the best, vintage gold! And maybe one of the rarest shirts on earth. I have seen this shirt in several different conditions and I consider my shirt to be the best looking. Ritual de lo Habitual is the third album from Jane’s Addiction, and final album to feature original bassist Eric Avery. The album’s Spanish title translates to Ritual of the Habit. This album was recorded at Track Record studios, and released by Warner Brothers on August 21, 1990 and immediately became the subject of controversy by conservative political groups in the United States. In Royal Oak, MI, the very same day this album was released, owners of Off The Record, were arrested and charged with “distributing obscene material” for displaying promotional posters of the album, featuring the album cover the band intended to be released, in his record store. The charges were dropped a week later, but the incident gained national media attention.
