The Record or Music CD was damaged during shipping. I hate to guarantee no damage during Shipping but it happens. I try to package items neatly and securly but I have experienced damages during shipping even if I pack it perfectly. Hopefully this does not happen with your item but if it does, I am not going to leave you with an item that you can not use. 2. Vinyl Products must include the original Cover and the damaged item. My reasoning for this is, if the Record was damaged during shipping the return Original Cover may be of value. 3. Music CD's must be returned in the original cases with inserts if you have a different opinion of Grading then I do. I do not have time to test every CD that I send out. CDs can be visually inspected to determine playback quality and I worked in the Radio Industry for years. I can look at a CD and tell you if it is going to have problems however if a CD should be unplayable once you receive it, I will issue a return. Most Music CDs are playable even if they have scratches but I understand people buy these for collecting purposes. Please read the Visual Inspection of the item. If the CD is unacceptable due to personal opinions, the CD must be returned in the original Packaging with the inserts! No exceptions. Refunds will be initiated after the item is returned and I receive it. No early Refunds will be issued until the item is received backed. The buyer assumes return shipping Fees.
