The over 30-page book measures about 9 3/4 inches by 12 inches and has the original glossy paper jacket. The jacket does show some wear with creasing at the top and a small tear at the top right corner. No pages missing and no writing on any inside pages. There is currently only one other example of this book on Ebay and it is selling for over $50.00. You won't find another for a better price.
