Description: Here is an antique profile relief plaque by James Earle Fraser of George W. Davison. This placque is made of ceramic or porcelain, and perhaps it was used as a model or prototype for a bronze placque. It is dated 1993 (MMXXXIII) and signed with Fraser's logo just below the Roman numerals. As you can see, there is damage to the upper left corner, fortunately in the border. I have two large chunks of the porcelain/ceramic that came off and I show you a picture of each of the pieces IN place, and then OUT of place. It looks much nicer in real life than in these pictures! Overall, the piece weighs about 2 pounds 2 ounces. Overall approximate measurements are 9 3/4" high, 7 1/2" wide, and 7/8" at the thickest point. Open to offers !
