Description: This pair of beautifully crafted statues depict the Native American warrior on horseback. The artistry and attention to detail in this piece is truly breathtaking. The sculpture is believed to be made of cast iron steel, although has some shimmer of brass on bottom side, and measures 5.5 inches in length, 6 inches in height, and 2 inches in width. Each weighs just less than 3.5 pounds. Together the pieces weigh 6 lbs 12.4 ounces. Titled "End of the Trail", they are a reproduction of the work created by the renowned artist James Earle Fraser. Both pieces have a spear. Each spear has bend in upper portion, see pics. These were my grandparents and believed to be from the 1920's.
