Although this is a new and unused item, and comes with original box, unfortunately the top the screw top accidentally got cracked when I attempted to open for the first and time so what I did was lightly glue the top back together and for added insurance I used a special tape around the the screw top so it would not spill or dry out it has the original cover over the cream then the original top and the special tape that I wrapped around the top that's to keep it fresh even though the screw top was repaired. I assure you the I didn't not lose any of the product at all so it's 100% product in the jar I just had to reinforce the screw top. It's guaranteed it is not dried out or less than, it's totally resealed. You can see how I covered the jar look at the last two pictures and it does come with the original box.
