Besides being a small boutique run of marbles, it contains expensive Kugler striking glass as well as exotic additives including different hues of aventurine, confetti and gold lutz. As a group, these marbles are very rare. Many of these are now impossible to find. In fact, the sprinkles were only made in a hand full of quantities. Many of these particular specimens have flaws due to rareness and inherent production conditions. This happens to be that one of those marbles from this run that is in mint condition and has some pretty wild flames. Besides having a beautiful yellow base glass and about 4 different shades of green, we have two perfectly formed flames that could not have been placed any better if they were hand drawn with a paint brush. The artistic quality of the gently flickering flames almost give the flames movement. Looking at the flames under magnification, I can see how they wave back and forth as if being blown by an invisible wind. You will not find many of these beauties on eBay, that's for sure. Why not splurge a bit and get something that truly adds something to your JABO collection? This would be a wonderful centerpiece for your collection. I rotate my marbles to give a complete 360 degree view of the sphere. I use a Canon Rebel DSLR high resolution camera with built-in flash to see all details. This marble was made on the 3/4" marble machine and it measures 0.714" in diameter with a pair of electronic calipers.
