Description: Offered is a vintage J. Rabone & Sons English designed boxwood and brass folding ruler No. 2045 .This rule was made in Amsterdam. This is a metric system ruler that measures 1 meter with markings in millimeters marked every 1 to 100 centimeters on both sides.On on one of its edges are marking in inches from 1" to 33". The wood is solid and all of the numbers and markings are in excellent readable condition.The brass hinges work well with some tarnish but should clean up nicely. It is in great condition.
