This is a rare bird which builds off of the GST (Gold, Stainless, Titanium) references that pre-dated this one. Of course, IWC and Prada went into the lab and came out with a truly rare and special timepiece in a very limited edition production run. Only 2,000 of these were made and they are quite scarce on the pre-owned watch market as they are appreciated, worn and coveted by current owners. Of course we are bringing the best value on the internet because we tirelessly source our inventory and inspect very closely upon receipt for quality and authenticity. The condition of this watch is as follows: Excellent condition; let the photos be your definitive source of condition Description is as follows: Stainless steel automatic chronograph with a 41mm case size. The watch has a classic, sporting elegant stance due to its size, lugs and classical chronograph functionality. It is very much an attention getter. You can tell it is a rare and special bird in the wild. It is kind of rebelious in that the Prada fashion brand --- long known for true luxury --- combined with a highly technical timepiece company in IWC to produce a very special chronograph watch. I recently took this one on a trip to the French Riviera and had three random conversations where it garnered a compliment, question and discussion --- at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes, near old town (one of those coast line bars...) in Nice and at the Nice airport when awaiting my flight back to Atlanta. Because we only want timepiece customers who are delighted with their purchase, we strive to add some additional insight to help you make a great timepiece decision. With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch are... 1. This watch wears true to form for a 40mm watch. I can recommend this watch for somebody with a wrist size of 6+1/4 inchese in circumference and larger. This watch fits my 7+1/4 inch wrist perfectly with all of the links included in this listing. 2. This is an unapologetic classic chronograph with lovely stick indices and classic case finishing. This watch and style transcends time and will look correct and awesome 30 years from now. 3. The bracelet is both a thing of beauty and a work of art. Excellent integration into the watch case and a leading-edge ability to size via the easily removable link system which is proprietary to IWC and the GST series. Absolute best in class for any watch at any price. 4. The back of the watch is teutonic and conveys some specs of this impressive timepiece. 5. The technical apsects of this special watch are too numerous to mention. So here is a solution... watch the video by tmosso of the 1916co on this one. It is 6min and 45seconds of a detailed break-down of why this timepiece is so awesome. If I may be so bold, this should be a mandatory step for anybody considering this great watch as it will answer a bunch of potential questions and save us both quite a lot of time. 6. Nice collateral with this one as noted in the "everything picture" (picture #2). This currently has about a 1.5 year warranty left through me via Jomashop (as of September 2024) so if you have an issue route this timepiece back to me and I will manage the issue through Jomashop. Obviously there are limits on what they may warranty but I have the best chance of working with the buyer to get a great resolution if there is an issue in 2024 or 2025. We do not offer a warranty but will work with you to make any post-purchase repairs via advice on where to go and what to do (with no profit for us but paid for by you). Everything we sell is working fine for all functions when it leaves our facility (or more specifically the safe deposit box where our watches reside). In some cases, we can go back to our source and get the watch repaired for free based on our relationship and reputation.
