At the top of almost anyone's list of hopefuls must be the Ivory-Billed Woodpecker, one of the largest Woodpeckers in the world. Generally thought to be extinct since sometime late in the 20th Century, there has been a small handful of semi-credible reports as to sightings more recently. This shirt was designed to celebrate the potential re-discovery, based on numerous credible sightings in Arkansas in 2004/2005, yet a final determination of it's status as extinct or not, is still open to debate. These sightings are NOT to be confused with the much-more-numerous and still-ongoing Elvis sightings from the same area, which have been considered to be much LESS credible! Trying to make some room in our warehouse!
