Description: This is a rare find! A playbill for the Iroquois Theater in Chicago, dated Dec. 7th, 1903, with the claim of being 'absolutely fireproof' printed on the second page. However, tragedy struck later that month on Dec. 30th, resulting in the deadliest single-building disaster in American history, claiming 602 lives. This incident remained the most catastrophic until the Sept. 11th, 2001, World Trade Center attack. See pics for condition. Contact me with any questions.
