Backside of both (more legible on bowl) shows the word "Ironstone" with the UK crown, coat of arms, and 2 lions. Could have been made in UK or U.S., as some U.S. companies used this logo.Beautiful design of colors - kind of blend in with each other. Kind of a blue/gray color with white + colorful flowers on either side of pitcher. Top perimeter of bowl comes out in a lip design (with decor) and inside kind of a fleur-de-lis-type similar design on both pieces.Bowl is approx. 15.5" in diameter and 4.25" high. Pitcher is approx. 8.5" wide at widest point including handle, and 11" high.There are two floral multi-color designs on each side. Gorgeous designs and shape - main part has kind of a pleated effect. Handle is curved and mouth of pitcher is scalloped beautifully. Over 8 lbs. without packing or box.
