They have also been called the Nerv Centr Electronics Kit, Solar Power Roll Kit, etc... These units plug directly into the Protonex SPM-612, Galvion SPM-622 and Glenair Star-PAN Power Distribution and Management Boxes and power all the accessory items. I've added a nice new small rucksack/messenger bag to hold the charger, power supply, cables and a few batteries. See pics below.
