The painting is not signed on front, but the name "C.M. Cunningham" is written in pen on the stretcher bars on verso. I would date this to approximately the 1960's or 1970's. Condition: Painting is in very good condition. Light wear/scuffing consistent with age. Frame has some mild to moderate scuffing. Measurements: Painting measures 20 inches high x 16 inches wide.
