Thank you for reading this. Ebay has not removed this negative review despite acknowledging that it was made in error. The "buyer" made an offer for the item, which I accepted, but then they failed to pay and so they shouldn't have been able to even leave a review. The buyer politely asked me to cancel the following morning and I readily agreed - that was no problem at all, we've all done something like that! Ebay cancelled it because the buyer failed to pay within the allotted time period (see pics). The "buyer" and I had a few more message exhanged and then I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING AGAIN. I didn't receive any notification of a bad review, nor of any glitches or problems. I noticed the bad review (WHAT!? I was shocked) and reached out to the reviewer who was obviously well intentioned but confused, and to ebay. I put those screenshots in as well. I am sad this is here because I don't think I would buy from an ebayer with that review and I have some good stuff to sell! My other reviews reflect my integrity and how I use ebay.
