The 12-foot white water Sport Boat raft is designed with the Heat Welded heavy-duty PVC that is UV resistant to keep down heat and weathering. Thick puncture-resistant .9-1.2mm PVC used with double-layered chafer spots on the high impact areas on top & bottom of the main tube.SELF-BAILING SPORT DS AIR FLOORThe thick 1.2mm PVC drop-stitch air floor has our unique self-bailing “Sport DS Curves” that allows water to sneak through the side cracks to bail out of the raft while providing a ridged stiff floor platform for use. Never worry about standing water at the bottom of your raft again. The air floor is a removable insert, that sits tight between the bottom black PVC of the raft and the thwarts & side tubes. Once fully inflated, the air floor is firmly secured into position and does not move during the journey. The bottom of the raft is reinforced with thick black 1.2mm material (heat-welded on below the air floor insert) with added extra material chafers along the underside of the tubes. This helps protect the most vulnerable spots on white water rafts.FRAME PROTECTION AND INSTALLATIONThere are also two chafers on top of the tubes for frame installation and protection.
