Committee: Judiciary" dated March 2, 1965 and sent to a "Mr. James C Courtney, Lawyer. 723 Chamber of Commerce building Indianapolis Indiana" – letter reads: "Dear Cliff: thank you for your letter which, by coincidence, was written on my birthday. Particularly because of your postscript, I am distressed that it seems impossible for me to be in Indianapolis on March 30th. If there is any way I can possibly alter my situation in Washington on that day, I certainly shall bend every effort to be in Indianapolis; but at the moment it seems rather difficult. I must tell you how much I agree with the glowing description you gave me about Kay at the 20th Ward Christmas party. Sincerely, (signed in ink) Andy – Andrew Jacobs, Jr.."
