It has a screw cap under the wax so it can be opened and closed once the wax seal is removed. We will also send a few little droppers to remove the solution. The vial has an abundance of pieces with at least one flower/bud. It shows a nice example of the specimen and makes a really nice gift. This Particular small batch after complete tests around 52 - 56% alcohol base so it is a very nice run. We recommend starting with less than 4-6 drops daily till you find the "sweet spot" so to speak. If you find it a little too strong "hot" for the tongue you can drop it in a spoon with a little water for dilution. I was rather surprised and pleased with my personal bottle, it has a nice taste I have grown to enjoy. Please give us a try!!!
