Description: This relatively uncommon cover(with a 4-page letter on cute stationery; quite clean, with only a few stains) was sent from Inchon, Korea(then occupied by the Japanese), to Takasaki, Gunma, Japan, on November 14, 1938! Outside of some light stains on its surface, the green, 4-Sen Japanese definitive is in very fine condition! The CDS from the Inchon P.O. is about 75% complete. Noted imperfections aside, this remains a nifty piece of Korean and Japanese postal history!
