Description: Exquisite antique 1907 black lacquerware chinkin-bori Chinese export tray with wonderful gold gilded Fijian Normal University landscape scene, silver white clouds and green plush gardens. Near pristine to perfect condition see photos and condition report. A rare bird indeed. Measurements : 7 inches tall 10 inches wide Rim of tray sits .25 inches high. Condition report: near perfect to pristine, very appealing to the eye and completely sound with shiny surfaces that have never been over cleaned or over polished. No abrasions or issues on obverse. Slight wear from sliding on surfaces on the reverse (see photos). Very very good condition!
