Clean and odor free from a non smoking home in excellent like new condition with little to no signs of wear or play. She is in like new condition. She still has the net over her hair. The outfit is beautiful. There are no flaws that I found. Her eyes work perfectly. I think she is supposed to talk, but I can not get her to talk and I do not see where you would replace batteries.
