Description: Delicate 1960’s silk pink roses arranged like a crown. Matching pink tulle cascades from the top. Touches of light green leaves. Hang tag for Grants is still attached. It has a 19.5” circumference but the styling makes it a little more forgiving. I’m approximately a 22” and it sits well on my head. Condition: New, but does have a small tear in the tulle. The tulle easily catches in the roses. Gentle care in arranging the tulle veil will be needed. This could be removed easily if desired and would still leave tulle to cover the top of the hat opening.
