Hydraulic Press 3 Station Makes Harley Davidson Rear Fender Reconfigurable Sharp

Description: This was a really cool find. A Harley Davidson plant was closed up. This machine hardly look's used. Built 09-30-16 By Tools Inc in Sussex WI Job #81794 I have all the manuals and drawing's for it, they are very extensive. I will get more spec's on it after I look at the manual. Right now its setup to form and punch a rear fender for a Harley Davidson Street Bike. Put you're blank in station one hit the button and it cycles all three presses so you just keep moving them over and end up with a finished part on each cycle. It moves pretty fast. There is a picture of the finished part. Luckily one fender was left on the machine. Unless someone wants to make Harley fenders I'm pretty sure you will have to reconfigure it to meet you're needs. Its run's a 20 HP Motor. 480 Volt 3 Phase FLA 30.38 Hydraulics are 40 gallon tank. 12 GPM Pump. The system is set up for 3000 PSI. It's approx 124" x 60" x 85" and weighs 10,440lbs according to the tag on the machine. If you pull the dies out your working dimensions from top platen to bottom plate. Station One 24.25 Wide 16.26 High 17.25 Deep Two opposing cylinders, 4" diameter 5" stroke. Station Two 14.75 Wide 18.5 High 17.5 Deep One cylinder 3.25" diameter 7" stroke. Station Three 13.25 Wide 16.5" High 13.75 Deep One cylinder 3.25" diameter 6" stroke. All these measurements are with a tape measure, if you need something more exact let me know. Its on castors if you need to move it around. Their are plexiglass shields that go on the sides and one on the rear. I took them off for pictures. A light curtain covers the front of the press.
