It was working fine so it probably just needs a tune-up bring it into a professional and have them do the oil and everything and get it all tuned up. Might just work when you plug it in. You could get a plug for these on eBay for probably about two or three bucks. As for a foot pedal, I don't think this one came with a foot pedal but I could be wrong so all items are sold as is with no warranty implied and no returns.
