Century Music Publishing Co., 1911, 6 pages. The pages are loose by design. Condition: There are soft corners all around and edge wear. There is a name written in the upper right corner and and date in the upper left corner of the cover. There is a small stain at the bottom left corner. that goes through all pages. And a less than one inch tear at the bottom of the spine on the crease. The interior is clean and unmarked except for some light staining on the first page. The pages have yellowed with age.
