Description: My husband made this hummingbird house from wood collected from our land. It weighs 6.1 ounces it is 5 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide. The hole for the Hummingbird is 7/8 of an inch. The roof is attached to the main birdhouse by wooden pins. The perch is handmade from a twig. The bird house has two coats of polyurethane for protection from the weather, it has a solid copper wire hanger which is attached to the roof.
