This massive lamp is handmade, possibly a custom job or an experienced woodworker’s project, as there is no signature or company name on it. It’s made from a lighter colored wood and then stained. The total height of the wood is 26”, with the base 14.25” square. It looks pretty good overall, but there are some surface flaws, mainly around the wide base. That includes some dings, a couple of tiny chips, a little crack in a corner of the base, and a 1.5” deep scratch close to where the wood pull sits. The bottom of the feet have more dings than the rest. It has been tested to make sure it works, and is set for two one-way bulbs. The neck is loose in the wood, and needs to be glued in so it doesn’t wobble. It’s safer and cheaper to ship before doing that, so I will remove it and turn it upside down for shipping. It will be very easy to put back. The neck is adjustable, depending on how high your shade is. The exposed cardboard in the sockets is starting to get flaky.
