Description: Presented is a large, sterling silver serving bowl made by Mueck-Cary Company of New York during the 1940s or 50s. The bowl is raised on a pedestal base and the flared rim is beautifully decorated with a scroll and lotus flower edge. The bowl has never been monogrammed. The underside bears the Mueck-Cary Co hallmark and sterling. This piece is in fabulous overall condition. There is a very slight dent to the base that is only noticeable upon close inspection. There are no other dents, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs. The bowl measures 10 inches in diameter, is 3 3/4 inches tall and weighs 581.6 grams or 20.5 ounces.
