Description: This type of crepe paper, sold by Dennison in the 1930s, is a much thinner paper than their craft crepe paper. This paper was sewable - so it was used to create dresses and costumes that could be worn and then discarded. Or, it was used as edging around tables, or all kinds of decorations. It is a bit fragile, and won't "stretch", like the crafting paper. It is a complete, unopened roll. The ends show a bit of soil, and there is wear especially on the outside where it is discolored and worn. I have been hanging onto this paper for YEARS, thinking I would make stuff. Well, I never have. I wanted to use it to make doll clothes for paper dolls, and other small dolls. It's great vintage stuff, and so rare!
