Description: Huge Lot of 47 Vintage “Scale Modeler” Magazines (1967-1972)Yes, I combine domestic shipping! Please pay attention to the photos because they make up most of the description! This listing is for a lot of 47 vintage model building magazines. They are all 1960s and 1970s “Scale Modeler” magazines. Here is the list: 1967 Vol. 2, numbers 1-21968 Vol.3, numbers 2-61969 Vol.4, numbers 3, 7-121970 Vol.5, numbers 1-121971 Vol.6, numbers 2-121972 Vol.7, numbers 1-5, 7-9, 11-12 All of these belonged to my late father who was an award winning model builder and aircraft historian (he also was one of the architects who worked on the Kennedy Space Center during the Apollo project). The magazines are in acceptable to good condition and in various conditions (I have not gone through all of them). There are some creases, marks, wrinkles, stains, minor tears, etc, that are typical of older magazines. Some of them have some writing or notes and/or under lining on them. Some could be missing a page or two and/or have a section of a page cut out. Some may have loose covers and at least one is missing its back cover. The graphics and color are good. The magazines come from a non-smoking household. Please note that due to the higher cost of fuel, shipping prices across the country have increased dramatically. I try not to make money on shipping. All my magazines ship with cardboard inserts (stiffeners) for protection and are placed in plastic to keep them dry. Please feel free to ask questions. I'll try to answer them the best that I can. Thank you. SHIPPING: I combine shipping for items sold at the same time with the exception of items that will make the package too large to be mailed in one box. I try not to make a killing on postage and handling and I try to be fair (I have even lost money on postage). I like to use US Postal Service’s Priority mail for most items because they automatically come with $50.00 insurance. I package items very well. I do not take responsibility for damage caused by improper handling and shipping. Fragile items are placed in a bag prior to boxing and/or padding to prevent the chance of small parts coming off during shipping (due to rough handling) and then getting lost in the box or packaging. Foreign Country Shipping: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WILL HAVE TO USE THE “EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM”. THIS IS MAY BE EXPENSIVE AT TIMES. HOW IT WORKS IS I SHIP YOUR PURCHASE TO THE EBAY GLOBAL CENTER ADDRESS THAT EBAY PROVIDES ME AND THEN EBAY SHIPS TO YOUR COUNTRY. I CANNOT SEND INVOICES WITH COMBINED SHIPPING OR ANY EBAY GUIDED OPTIONS. EBAY HANDLES ALL OF THIS. So, all international orders have to be shipped separately and cannot be combined!! Please remember to be aware of any added taxes or customs charges you may have to pay in your own country. Also, as stated in my listings, you are responsible for paying the postage for any returns and I'm not responsible for any damage due to the extensive shipping and travel time!! Items damaged due to shipping will not be an excuse to return them! Items can only be returned if you can prove that they were not as listed. Sorry to be so legalistic, but I’ve been burned a few times. PHOTOS: I try to provide good photos of all my items so you can have a very good view of what you are purchasing. Note: Sometimes I’ll place a ruler or a familiar item, like a dollar bill, in the photos. These are placed there for scale only (they are not included with the purchase). Returns: Items have a 30-day money back guarantee, (from the day you receive them). Items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were sent, or they will not be accepted as a return. Any item that was in original “factory sealed”, shrink-wrap can only be returned if shrink-wrap has not been removed or the factory seal(s) have not been broken! All our items are sent to you well packaged and should be returned in the same manner. (Especially fragile items or items containing small parts). Return postage will be your responsibility, unless you have first made arrangements with me. Artwork or items sold “as is” cannot be returned unless you can show me they were not described properly. (Duplication of our artwork is not permitted without written, signed permission from the artist)! Remember, used items are just that, used items (I don’t sell abused items unless they are being sold and listed for restoration, or as parts). I do my best to describe the conditions of my items in an honest manner. I don’t take responsibility for consequential damage, so I advise that you check your items soon after receiving them. My goal is happy customers so don't hesitate to communicate with me! I’m glad to answer questions. I hope you enjoy bidding on our Items. Thank you and God Bless! Daniel Hedges
