Good for any audio / video equipment or vibration isolation need. These are 5 inch outside diameter rings, 3.1 inch inside diameter and 1 inch high but squish down with weight. These have a 50 durometer density. These rings have the lowest natural frequency of any standard Sorbothane product. Rated load is for items 50-110lb per ring. It can be cut with a knife into smaller or different shapes. It can be glued with any super type glue.
