Description: Hpi Vorza - Hot Bodies D8 High speed motor mount This is a direct fit (no modification needed) motor mount for hpi vorza and hot bodies d8 cars . Use this motor mount to reinforce the center diff mounting , this kit include an aluminum motor mount (that replace thestock motor mount) compatible with castle 1717 or similar motors with 25mm m4 spaced holes up to 50mm diameter. Made of high quality extra thick (10mm) aircraft aluminum to accept torque monster motors like castle 1717. This high speed motor mount can accept large pinion gears up to 34t. Ideal for all of you who are looking for high speed passes 100+mph For HB D8 cars --> Two extra spacers will included that goes between motor mount and plastic upper plate Including:Aluminum 7075 t6 machined high speed motor mount Compatible motors: 25mm m4 spaced holes ,up to 50mm diameter (also compatible with smaller size motors like castle-neu 1515-1512 if you add 2x m4 to m3 spacers available to grcworks.gr) Compatible vehicles:HPI VORZA - Hot Bodies D8 Notifications for installing the part to the car! 1.Because of the large lenght of the motor mount and the limited free space on the car you must cut 3-4mm of the left plastic side guard (as seen on the last photo) to allow an easier installing of the motor using very large pinion gears . 2. Installing the motor to the mount and before you place the pinion gear remove the plastic radio tray so you can adjust the gear mess easier 3. Use always a drop of thread lock before you tight the pinion gear to the motor shaft 4. For HD D8 owners you must cut the plastic servo tray (very easy with a dremel or a scissors) please see photos for reference
