Description: This is an HP pavilion laptop. No cracks or broken pieces, or keys. Has internal disc drive on the left end that works. This was manufactured in 2015. Comes with charger cord. Before you ask multiple questions, check the photos. I have reset this laptop so if I go into it, I have to create another ID. It has windows 10 on it. The issues....battery won't stay charged....even when plugged in. So you have to use the cord. There are horizontal lines across the top of the screen. I've tried to remove the lines all the ways I know how, and they're still present. Processor is Intel Inside Core i3. Past that, the keyboard sticker doesn't say what form core i3 it is. For storage capacity, check the photos. Almost 14 inches end to end. Almost 12 inch screen This laptop is still in great shape, I just can't stand HPs. Smoke free home
