This meter is in fair overall cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use including scuffs/scratches, stains and remnants of adhesive labels. Notes: This meter is in good working condition as far as we can test. Self-test returns an "OK" result. Readings from the front inputs on the DC Volts, AC Volts, DC current, AC current, frequency, 2-wire and 4-wire Ohms were close to the readings we would get on our reference meter. With the inputs disconnected, voltage readings were in the low single-digits volts; we think this is common/normal for this type of meter. We are not able to test the HP-IB interface. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
