The frequency output starts out roughly 10 dBm short of what it should be and then the signal rises after a few seconds to be 2-4 dBm shorter than what it should be, this happens across the entire frequency range. The generator does have a frequency output from 10 MHz to 3 GHz. There are no errors in the error log. The buttons are functional. The screen displays clearly.
