This is a full rebuild kit. All parts are off of a brand new bow off of the rack. This kit will come with the 28" modules, however the draw length range is 26-28" and can be changed by the 1/2" increment by changing the modules. *We only have the 28" modules, if you need a different draw length you will have to go to your local pro shop and get the correct modules*
