Description: HOWARD ROGERS. ORIGINAL OIL PAINTING. 11 1/2 x 9 1/2 in. "SPECIAL MOMENT". Initialed lower left "H. R". Probably done for story illustration or a paperback book, probably back in the '60's or early '70's. Painting in great cond! ROGERS was known for his paintings of Pretty Women & also Western scenes, he even did a few bronzes of Pretty Women. VERY GOOD artist!! In my opinion doesn't get the credit he deserved! Unframed. Was told by a reliable source that he had passed away; do know he was born in 1932, so good guess that was correct. Listing more of his as well, all nice romantic scenes.
