Description: Pre-owned 1945 vintage copy of "How To Be Poor," by Frank Fay, the star of the stage play "Harvey." Each chapter is an essay on the benefits of being poor and how undesirable it is to be rich. There are also "Case Romances" and illustrations by James Montgomery Flagg. The book is in very good condition but with a good rating because of no DJ. The pages are clean and intact with slight yellowing. Some of the pages are frayed at the outer edges. There is writing of the first blank page inside the front cover, including the name of the illustrator as seen in the photos. The front and back covers and spine are in good condition. There is minor creasing at top of spine. All in all pretty good shape for a 78 year old book! Please see photos and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks.
