I am not the original owner, and it looks as if the clear plastic was previously re-glued onto the backing card in a few spots. The clear plastic is bent and crumpled in spots, and there's a 2-inch crack in the plastic in the upper right corner. Please take a good look at the pictures -- I've shown the issues to the best of my ability, and this is the exact item you will receive. The action figure and all of his accessories have never been removed, and are still in excellent, new condition!
