Description: This is a new, unused Honeywell Miller Vi-Go 80 ft Ladder Climbing system. It is missing some of its original packaging, but as shown in the pictures, a full inventory of all parts and hardware was completed to make sure nothing is missing. Comes with instruction/install manual. Fully functional with some minor scuffs and other aesthetic shelf wear that does not affect performance. It is intended to be installed on a ladder to prevent workers from falling. The worker wears their harness and a cable sleeve ascending device (which does not come with this model and must be bought separately. If they slip while on the ladder, this device is designed to safely arrest their fall. This particular model comes with 80ft worth of cable. NOTE that Honeywell Miller manufactured this kit in many lengths. For kits with cable lengths greater than 30ft a cable guide is supplied as shown in the first image of this listing mounted to the ladder between the top and bottom brackets. Its job is to keep the cable from flopping around in the wind. This unit, the VG/80FT comes with the style of cable guide compatible with the AUTOMATIC cable sleeve (sold separately). Be aware of that if you're planning to use or already own a MANUAL cable sleeve. It will still work with thr manual stye, but the automatic is a slightly safer style.
