Shipping charges are non-refundable in ANY transaction as the fee is used and consumed with the purchase of a shipping label. Unfortunately, do to slow shipment & problems with lost or damaged items in shipping, I do not DIRECTLY ship overseas. I do participate in the eBay international shipping program so you will have to verify if you were shipping location is eligible. So if any return or partial reimbursement occurs with the transaction the shipping cost is NOT considered in the calculation. I will include insurance at my own digression. If a buyer wants it then they need to send a message prior to purchase so that I can adjust shipping cost if needed. In the rare event that an insurance claim has to be filed due to lost or broken item, buyer needs to contact me AND I will need pictures of ALL sides of the item AS WELL as all sides of the shipping box and packing material.
