An art museum exhibiting works by Katsushika Hokusai in Sumida Ward, where he spent most of his 90 years of life. Atsuko Okuda Completed doctoral course at Tokyo Gakugei University Graduate School. After working as the chief curator of the Ota Memorial Museum of Art, she was involved in the opening of the Sumida Hokusai Museum from the preparatory stage. She is currently the chief curator of the Sumida Hokusai Museum of Art, where she plans and organizes many exhibitions including the opening commemorative exhibition. She is a director of the International Ukiyo-e Society.
