It has 14 roof vents, gas meter, electrical access panel, loading dock, phone booth, mail box, welcome mat at restaurant, signage, 24 figures, 2 benches, 4 trash cans, vending machines, hand cart, 12 cars, 7 outside street lamps, 8 interior lights, 23 trees, multiple flowers, hand crafted items include gazebo, table & chairs w/flowers, fenced pool w/diving board & lounge chairs, pool building, pool rescue equipment, walk in freezer, entrance signs, wall w/flag on pole, satellite TV, 3 tables pool side w/flowers, etc. Building will be shipped in 3 separate main sections to slide together.
