Description: Historical Staffordshire cup plate - "Villa in the Regent's Park" - by Wood from his "London Views" series. Circa 1825. Diameter of 4 1/2". The back has Wood's impressed mark. David and Linda Arman's book, "Anglo-American Cup Plates" lists this particular item as "Extremely Rare." Condition is excellent. Good transfer and excellent color. There is one tiny rim chip of no more than 1/8" a 4 o'clock. Satisfaction guaranteed.
