Description: High Power Deep Red+Green=Yellow LED Assy w/Dichro Luminus PT-39 Illumina MiSeq It contains high power red and green LEDs mounted on heat sinks and collimated with a adjustable lenses. The output from the LEDs are combined with a high quality dichroic mirror that reflects green and transmits red light. The red LED is on a standard 20mm hexagonal mount. It is unmarked, but likely made by Luminus. The green LED is a Luminus PT-39 type. There is a small PCB with a UDT PIN-11375-1 photodiode that can be used to measure the output power of the LEDs by monitoring the small amount of reflected red or transmitted green light. Removed from retired Illumina MiSeq gene sequencers in good working condition.
