Description: This product is used to convert a manual natural gas log set into one that has adjustable height and that can be properly connected to a remote control device. Has flame height functionality if your remote has a High - Low button on it. Included with the device is a White Rogers Pilot burner assembly (Part # 102W) that will keep a pilot light burning for instant on off control.and a 12 " flexible gas pipe to connect to the gas pan assembly on your gas log set. Included is a bi-metal thermal cut out, set at 225 degrees F to shut the valve off when the temperature around the valve exceeds that temperature and reconnects when the temperature drops below 200 degrees F. The installation will require that you shut the gas off, then disconnect the existing flex line from the pan. Connect the existing line to the inlet side of the valve and use the new flex line included to connect from the outlet side of the valve to the gas pan. You will also need to connect the thermocouple and pilot light lines to the valve body and attach the flame end to the pan. Instructions are included.
