If any provenance, I'd think this helmet was most likely flown around Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) in China Lake, California sometime in the 1980's/1990's. MBU-12/MBU-5 visor cut (dark) lens. All other flight related items you see on the mannequin are used only to represent what the Flight Helmet will look like when corresponding flight gears are put together.
