The hi-density XeL50 media provides 80% more evaporation surface compared to regular density media. This means higher evaporation efficiency and cooler temperatures. Note: This unit is not an air conditioner and therefore uses much less energy and saves more on electricity costs. It is best used in dry climates or open spaces.
