He is particularly known for his numerous graphics of people and landscapes of the Schwalm in Willingshausen. In the 1930s he also created numerous etchings from the working world of miners. - The depicted Heinrich Imbusch (1878-1945) was chairman of the trade association of Christian miners and a board member of the general association of Christian trade unions.
